According to the decision of the next general meeting of shareholders of JSC “Sakrusenergo” (SC 211324468) on May 18, 2022 (Minutes No. 1), Pavel Grebtsov (Russian Federation) was dismissed from the Supervisory Board of the Company and Andrei Tulba was elected as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company ( Russian Federation).
