In connection with the construction of the two-chain 330 kV “1.2 transition”, it is necessary to reconstruct the crossing 500, 220 and 110 kV power transmission lines in order to protect the vertical gauges. In particular, reconstruction works should be carried out on the 500 kV power plant “Kartli-1” owned by JSC “Sakrusenergo”, the 220 kV power plant “Alaverdi” owned by JSC “Georgian State Electric System” and the 110 kV power plant “Maran”, which represents JSC ” property of “Energo-Pro Georgia”.
As part of the reconstruction of the mentioned electric transmission lines, on April 14, 2022, the reconstruction of the 110 kV “Marani” between the N25-N27 towers in Mali, which is located in the protected area of the Gardabani barrier, was performed. According to the project, it was envisaged to dismantle the N26 mast of EKH and install a new УС110-3 type mast at a distance of 147 meters from the mast in the alignment of the line, replace wires, line armatures and other elements of the transmission line with new ones in the reconstruction equipment. The reconstruction works on the “Maran” were carried out in accordance with the contract N033-10/22 signed on February 2, 2022 between JSC GE “Sakrusenergo” and JSC “Enego-Pro Georgia”.
110 kV power plant “Marani” is the only power transmission line feeding the water supply systems of the city of Rustavi, and putting it into repair is problematic. Therefore, on April 14, during the repair period of “Marani” EGK, the installation of two-chain 330 kV EGK “1,2 transfer” cables between the N18-N19 and N18-N19a masts in Mal (12 tips) was also performed, which intersects 110 kV That’s “cellar”. JSC “Energon” performed the above-mentioned works during the period of the repair of the electric power plant in the specified time, in full volume and quality.
JSC “Sakrusenergo” would like to thank all agencies involved in the repair of the 110 kV power plant “Marani” and their management personnel, for their support in the timely implementation of the project of national importance, which is aimed at providing the population of our country with continuous electricity.
