General meeting of shareholders was organized at the hotel Paragraph, Shekevetili, on June 29, 2018. Romeo Mikautadze, the deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, represented Georgian party at the meeting. As for the Russian side, Oleg Tkachenko, the representative of FGG UES, participated into the assembly. The members of the supervisory council of JSC SAKRUSENERGO, Bachana Suladze, Director General, and other officials also attended the shareholders’ meeting. The basic directions of the company and ongoing issues were discussed and correspondent decisions made at the event.
