On June 9, 2022, the “Recognition and Success Program” awarding ceremony was held at the Innovation and Technology Agency of Georgia, organized by the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia. The purpose of the program is to promote the economic development of the country and support the quality of innovations. Almost all structures under the Ministry participated in the competition.
In the nomination “The best achievement in the component envisaged by the action plan and strategy of the Government of Georgia”, the jury consisting of independent experts, with the project: Orjachva 330 kV EGK “1.2 Gardabani” [switching of 2-chain 330 kV EGK “1.2 Gardabani” to the Georgia-Azerbaijani border] as the winner “Sakrusenergo” revealed.
The period of performance of this task coincided with the difficult epidemic situation in the world, including in Georgia. In addition, the place of production of work was declared a red zone, which presented additional unforeseen difficulties for the company. Implementation of the project and compliance with the deadlines even became a kind of challenge, which our team successfully coped with and completed the work within the set deadlines.
