JSC “Sakrusenergo” invites you to participate in the price survey (competition) procedure
Purchase object: 500 sq.m. from “Imereti” N21 support to “Zestafoni-500” substation for control topographic surveying and works of drawing up plans and profiles

JSC “Sakrusenergo” subsequently “purchaser” owns the funds for the purchase of the specified work. These funds will be used to ensure the performance of the purchase agreement concluded as a result of this procedure. In order to select the bidders, the buyer is authorized to evaluate their applications and conclude a purchase agreement with the winner no later than 10 (ten) days after the winner is identified.
Based on the above, the buyer invites you to participate in the price inquiry (competition) procedure and please submit your application according to the following documents and attached forms:
a) Application for participation, form N2;
b) Information on technical compliance (technical assignment) form N3;
c) information on prices and delivery schedule form N4;
d) The payment will be made within 10 (ten) calendar days after the completion of the work and the signing of the relevant acceptance-handover act. Advance payment is allowed, if an advance is requested, it should not exceed 30% of the contract value, the supplier is obliged to present a bank guarantee issued by a bank licensed in Georgia (a guarantee issued by an insurance company is not accepted) for the corresponding amount of the requested advance, the validity period of which must be 90 (ninety) calendar days Exceed the term of performance of the work.
After the signing of the contract, the supplier is obliged to present a guarantee of the performance of the contract issued by a licensed bank in Georgia in the amount of 3.5% of the contract value (the guarantee issued by the insurance company is not accepted) within 10 (ten) banking days. whose term of validity should be 90 (ninety) calendar days longer than the term of performance of work.
e) The bidder must meet the specified criteria, must submit the requested information and its supporting documentation:
a certificate issued by the relevant authority that the applicant’s property has not been seized;
a notice issued by the relevant authority that bankruptcy/liquidation or reorganization proceedings are not underway against the applicant company;
a certificate issued by the relevant authority that the bidder has no debt to the state budget;
f) Only those proposals that respond to the conditions mentioned in point 2, correspond to the technical task and the monetary parameters targeted for procurement will be subject to evaluation.
The application should be submitted to the following address: St. Mark Bronstein’s N1, Procurement Service of JSC “Sakrusenergo”, Tbilisi.
The application deadline is 2023. October 25, 4:00 p.m. The application submitted after the expiry of the mentioned term will not be considered.
Applications will be evaluated in 2023. on October 25 at the following address: St. Mark Bronstein’s N1, JSC GE “Sakrusenergo” procurement service.
The application must be submitted in the Georgian language to the address specified in point 5, in a sealed envelope, otherwise the proposal will not be considered.
Prices must be offered in national currency (bids submitted in other currencies will not be considered);
The application is valid for at least 30 calendar days from the date of its submission.
An application that does not meet the conditions mentioned in paragraph 2 of the application will be rejected as inconsistent with the requirements specified in the price inquiry (competition) procedure.
The winner will be considered and the purchase contract will be concluded between the procuring organization and the supplier that meets the requirements of the procuring organization and that submitted the lowest price.
The cost of the work must include all costs of the supplier including VAT.
