JSC “Sakrusenergo” invites you to participate in the price survey (competition) procedure
(Object of purchase: tires of different sizes and their installation. Delivery should be carried out during 2021)
Tbilisi, February 4, 2021
JSC “Sakrusenergo” subsequently “purchaser” owns the funds for the purchase of the indicated goods. These funds will be used to secure a purchase agreement resulting from this procedure. The buyer is responsible for the implementation of the mentioned procedure in the prescribed manner, is authorized to select the persons to be invited, evaluate their applications and conclude a purchase agreement with him no later than 10 days after the winner is identified.
Based on the above, the buyer invites you to participate in the price inquiry (competition) procedure and please submit your application according to the following documents and forms:
a) application for participation (form N2);
b) information about the prices of goods to be delivered (form N3);
c) information on technical compliance (form N4);
d) The payment will be made within 10 calendar days after the delivery of the goods and the signing of the corresponding act of acceptance.
The application should be submitted in a closed envelope to the following address: St. Mark Bronstein’s N1, Procurement Department of JSC “Sakrusenergo”, Tbilisi.
The application deadline is February 11, 2021 at 4 p.m. The application submitted after the expiry of the mentioned term will not be considered.
Applications will be evaluated in 2021. February 11 at the following address: St. Mark Bronstein’s N1, JSC Sakrusenergo, Tbilisi.
The application must be submitted in the Georgian language to the address specified in point 3.
Prices must be offered in national currency (bids submitted in other currencies will not be considered);
Delivery is made in accordance with the information provided on prices and delivery times.
The application is valid for at least 30 calendar days from the date of its submission.
The evaluation of the received application is carried out according to the forms “Technical compliance and delivery time” and “Information of the manufacturer and cost”. The application that does not respond to the conditions mentioned in point 2 and does not correspond to the monetary parameter determined by the buyer for the mentioned purchase will be rejected as inconsistent with the requirements specified in the invitation sent to the participants in the price inquiry (competition) procedure.
11 will be considered the winner and a contract will be concluded between the procuring organization and the supplier that submitted the lowest price and that meets the requirements of the procuring organization.
Bidders may submit their offer only for light and/or heavy equipment tires in separate lots.
The cost of goods must include the cost of installation.
