JSC “Sakrusenergo” invites you to participate in the price survey (competition) procedure
Purchase object: 330 kVA diesel generator.
Tbilisi, December 8, 2021
JSC “Sakrusenergo” subsequently “purchaser” owns the funds for the purchase of the specified work. These funds will be used to ensure the execution of the purchase agreement concluded as a result of this procedure. The buyer is responsible for the implementation of the mentioned procedure in accordance with the established rule. In order to select bidders, it is authorized to evaluate their applications and conclude a purchase agreement with the winner no later than 10 days after the winner is identified.
Based on the above, the buyer invites you to participate in the price inquiry (competition) procedure and please submit your application according to the following documents and forms:
a) Application for participation (form N2);
b) information on technical compliance (form N3);
c) information on prices and delivery schedule (form N4);
An extract from the business register confirming that the applicant company is not undergoing bankruptcy liquidation or reorganization proceedings and that there are no public legal restrictions on the property;
Notice from the relevant authorized body about the absence of debt to the budget;
d) In case of an advance request, the supplier is obliged to provide a bank guarantee (guarantee issued by an insurance company is not accepted) for the corresponding amount of the requested advance, the validity period of which should be 90 (ninety) calendar days longer than the period of performance of the work.
The application should be submitted to the following address: St. Mark Bronstein N1, Tbilisi, in the purchasing department of JSC “Sakrusenergo”.
The application deadline is 2021. December 15, 5 p.m. The application submitted after the expiry of the mentioned term will not be considered.
Applications will be evaluated in 2021. December 15 at 17:00 at the following address: St. Mark Bronstein’s N1, JSC Sakrusenergo, Tbilisi.
The application must be written in Georgian and submitted to the address specified in point 3 in a sealed envelope, otherwise the proposal will not be considered.
Prices must be offered in national currency (bids submitted in other currencies will not be considered);
Delivery is carried out in accordance with the information provided about the prices and delivery schedule (work production schedule).
The application submitted by the applicant for participation in the competition is valid for at least 30 calendar days from the date of its submission.
The received application is assessed according to its compliance with the technical task. An application that does not meet the conditions mentioned in paragraph 2 will be rejected as inconsistent with the requirements specified in the application in the price inquiry (competition) procedure.
The winner will be considered and the purchase contract will be concluded between the procuring organization and the supplier who submitted the lowest price and which meets the requirements of the procuring organization.
