JSC “Sakrusenergo” invites you to participate in the price survey (competition) procedure<\/p>\n

Purchase object: works of anti-corrosion protection of steel masts on 500 kV power lines “Kartli-2”.<\/p>\n

Tbilisi, April 18, 2022<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

JSC “Sakrusenergo” subsequently “purchaser” owns the funds for the purchase of the specified work. These funds will be used to ensure the performance of the purchase agreement concluded as a result of this procedure. The buyer is responsible for the implementation of the mentioned procedure in accordance with the established rules. In order to select bidders, it is authorized to evaluate their applications and conclude a purchase agreement with the winner no later than 10 days after the winner is identified.
\nBased on the above, the buyer invites you to participate in the price inquiry (competition) procedure and please submit your application according to the following documents and forms:<\/p>\n

a) application for participation (form N2);<\/p>\n

b) technical assignment, terms of performance of works (form N3);<\/p>\n

c) price table of services to be performed (form N4);<\/p>\n

d) If an advance is requested, it should not exceed 30% of the contract value. The supplier is obliged to provide a bank guarantee (the guarantee issued by the insurance company is not accepted) for the corresponding amount of the requested advance, the validity period of which should be 90 (ninety) calendar days longer than the term of performance of the work.<\/p>\n

e) After signing the contract, the supplier is obliged to provide a bank guarantee for the performance of the contract within 5 banking days, in the amount of 3.5% of the contract value (the guarantee issued by the insurance company is not accepted). whose term of validity should be 90 (ninety) calendar days longer than the term of performance of work.<\/p>\n

f) The bidder must meet the specified criteria and must submit the requested information and their supporting documentation:<\/p>\n

Documentation proving the experience of performing anti-corrosion works in the last 5 years;
\nCertificate confirming the qualifications of electrical safety groups and supervisors of personnel employed in the company – according to brigades.
\nnotice that no debt is accrued to the budget;
\nAn extract from the public register, from which it is confirmed that the applicant’s property has not been seized and that the company is not being liquidated or reorganized;
\nOnly those proposals that comply with the requirements defined in the technical assignment and the financial parameters for the purchase are subject to evaluation.
\nThe application should be submitted in a closed envelope to the following address: St. Mark Bronstein’s N1, Procurement Department of JSC “Sakrusenergo”, Tbilisi.
\nThe application deadline is 2022. April 28 at 4 p.m. The application submitted after the expiry of the mentioned term will not be considered.
\nApplications will be evaluated in 2022. on April 28 at the following address: St. Mark Bronstein’s N1, JSC Sakrusenergo, Tbilisi.
\nThe application must be written in Georgian and submitted to the address specified in point 3 in a sealed envelope, otherwise the proposal will not be considered.
\nPrices must be offered in national currency (bids submitted in other currencies will not be considered);
\nDelivery is carried out in accordance with the information provided on prices and delivery terms (terms of performance of works).
\nThe application submitted by the applicant for participation in the competition is valid for at least 30 calendar days from the date of its submission.
\nThe received application is assessed according to its compliance with the technical task. An application that does not meet the conditions mentioned in paragraph 2 will be rejected as inconsistent with the requirements specified in the application in the price inquiry (competition) procedure.
\nThe winner will be considered and the purchase contract will be concluded between the procuring organization and the supplier who submitted the lowest price and which meets the requirements of the procuring organization.<\/p>\n
