JSC “Sakrusenergo” invites you to participate in the price survey (competition) procedure<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
(Purchase object: tires of different sizes and their installation. Delivery should be carried out during 2017)<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n
1. JSC “Sakrusenergo” subsequently the “purchaser” owns the funds for the purchase of the indicated goods. These funds will be used to ensure the execution of the purchase agreement concluded as a result of this procedure. The buyer is responsible for implementing the mentioned procedure in accordance with the established procedure, is authorized to select invited persons, evaluate their applications and conclude a purchase agreement with him no later than 10 days after the winner is identified and the procurement plan of JSC “Sakrusenergo” is approved.<\/p>\n
2. Based on the above, the buyer invites you to participate in the price inquiry (competition) procedure and please submit your application according to the following documents and forms:<\/p>\n
a) Application for participation (form N2);<\/p>\n
b) information on technical compliance (form N3);
\nc) information on prices and delivery schedule (form N4);<\/p>\n
d)\u00a0\u00a0 The payment will be made within 10 calendar days after the delivery of the goods and the signing of the appropriate acceptance-handover act.<\/p>\n
3. The application should be submitted to the following address:<\/p>\n
St. N2 Marshal Gelovani, Tbilisi, office of JSC GE “Sakrusenergo”.<\/p>\n
4. The deadline for receiving the application is January 9, 2016 at 4 p.m.<\/p>\n
Applications submitted after the mentioned deadline will not be considered.<\/p>\n
5. Applications will be evaluated in 2016. January 9 at the following address: St. Tbilisi Marshall Gelovani N2, JSC GE “Sakrusenergo”.<\/p>\n
6. The application must be submitted in the Georgian language to the address indicated in point 3.<\/p>\n
7. Prices must be offered in national currency (proposals submitted in other currencies will not be considered);<\/p>\n
8. Delivery is carried out in accordance with the information provided about the prices and delivery schedule.<\/p>\n
9. The application is valid for at least 30 calendar days from the date of its submission.<\/p>\n
10. Evaluation of the received application is carried out according to the “Technical Compliance” and “Price and Delivery Schedule” forms. An application that does not meet the conditions mentioned in point 2 will be rejected as inconsistent with the requirements specified in the invitation sent to the participant in the price survey (competition) procedure.<\/p>\n
11 will be considered the winner and a procurement contract will be concluded between the procuring organization and the supplier that submitted the lowest price and that meets the requirements of the procuring organization.<\/p>\n
Bidders may submit their offer only for light and\/or heavy equipment tires in separate lots.<\/p>\n
The cost of goods must include the cost of installation.<\/p>\n
