JSC “Sakrusenergo” invites you to participate in the price survey (competition) procedure<\/p>\n

(Object of purchase: tires of different sizes and their installation. Delivery should be made during 2019)<\/p>\n

Tbilisi, 28 January 2019<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

JSC “Sakrusenergo” subsequently “purchaser” owns the funds for the purchase of the indicated goods. These funds will be used to secure the purchase agreement concluded as a result of this procedure. The buyer is responsible for implementing the mentioned procedure in accordance with the established procedure, is authorized to select invited persons, evaluate their applications and conclude a purchase agreement with him no later than 10 days after the winner is identified.
\nBased on the above, the buyer invites you to participate in the price inquiry (competition) procedure and please submit your application according to the following documents and forms:<\/p>\n

a) Application for participation (form N2);<\/p>\n

b) information on technical compliance (form N3);<\/p>\n

c) information on prices and delivery schedule (form N4);<\/p>\n

d)\u00a0\u00a0 The payment will be made within 10 calendar days after the delivery of the goods and the signing of the appropriate acceptance-handover act.<\/p>\n

The application should be submitted to the following address:<\/p>\n

St. Mark Bronstein’s office N1, JSC Sakrusenergo, Tbilisi.<\/p>\n

The deadline for receiving applications is February 4, 2019 at 4 p.m.<\/p>\n

Applications submitted after the mentioned deadline will not be considered.<\/p>\n

Applications will be evaluated in 2019. February 4 at the following address: St. Mark Bronstein’s N1, JSC Sakrusenergo, Tbilisi.
\nThe application must be submitted in the Georgian language to the address specified in point 3.
\nPrices must be offered in national currency (bids submitted in other currencies will not be considered);
\nDelivery is made in accordance with the information provided about prices and delivery schedules.
\nThe application is valid for at least 30 calendar days from the date of its submission.
\nThe received application is assessed according to the “Technical Compliance” and “Price and Delivery Schedule” forms. An application that does not meet the conditions mentioned in point 2 will be rejected as inconsistent with the requirements specified in the invitation sent to the participant in the price survey (competition) procedure.<\/p>\n

11 will be considered the winner and a procurement contract will be concluded between the procuring organization and the supplier that submitted the lowest price and that meets the requirements of the procuring organization.<\/p>\n

Bidders may submit their offer only for light and\/or heavy equipment tires in separate lots.<\/p>\n

The cost of goods must include the cost of installation.<\/p>\n
