JSC “Sakrusenergo” invites you to participate in the price survey (competition) procedure<\/p>\n

Purchase object:<\/p>\n

Lot – 500 sq. Reinforcement of the access road in the vicinity of the “Kavkasion” No. 53 support with gabion
\nLot 500 sq. Reinforcement of the foundations of the middle phase of the support “Kavkasion” No. 54 with gabion
\nLot 500 sq. Reinforcement of the foundations of the “A” phase of the support “Kavkasion” No. 59 with gabion<\/p>\n

Tbilisi, June 30, 2020<\/p>\n

JSC “Sakrusenergo” subsequently “purchaser” owns the funds for the purchase of the specified work. These funds will be used to ensure the execution of the purchase agreement concluded as a result of this procedure. The buyer is responsible for implementing the mentioned procedure in accordance with the established rule. In order to select bidders, it is authorized to evaluate their applications and conclude a purchase agreement with the winner no later than 10 days after the winner is identified.
\nBased on the above, the buyer invites you to participate in the price inquiry (competition) procedure and please submit your application according to the following documents and forms:<\/p>\n

a) application for participation (form N2);<\/p>\n

b) information on technical compliance (form N3);<\/p>\n

c) information on prices and delivery schedule (form N4);<\/p>\n

d) If an advance is requested, it should not exceed 50% of the contract value. The supplier is obliged to provide a bank guarantee (the guarantee issued by the insurance company is not accepted) for the corresponding amount of the requested advance, the validity period of which should be 90 (ninety) calendar days longer than the term of performance of the work.<\/p>\n

e) The bidder has the right to submit a proposal for one or several lots at the same time, the bidder must meet the specified criteria and must submit the requested information and their supporting documentation:<\/p>\n

documentation confirming the experience of performing similar works in the last 5 years;
\nInformation about the experience of the technical staff employed in the company in performing similar work.
\nInformation confirming the right to use construction equipment.
\nnotice that no debt is accrued to the budget;
\nNotice that the property has not been seized;
\nnotice that the company is not being liquidated or reorganized;
\nOnly those proposals that comply with the requirements defined in the technical assignment and the financial parameters for the purchase are subject to evaluation.
\nThe application should be submitted in a closed envelope to the following address: St. Mark Bronstein N1, Chancellery of JSC GE “Sakrusenergo”, Tbilisi.
\nThe application deadline is 2020. July 6, 4 p.m. The application submitted after the expiry of the mentioned term will not be considered.
\nApplications will be evaluated in 2020. on July 6 at the following address: St. Mark Bronstein’s N1, JSC Sakrusenergo, Tbilisi.
\nThe application must be written in Georgian and submitted to the address specified in point 3 in a sealed envelope, otherwise the proposal will not be considered.
\nPrices must be offered in national currency (bids submitted in other currencies will not be considered);
\nDelivery is carried out in accordance with the information provided about the prices and delivery schedule (work production schedule).
\nThe application submitted by the applicant for participation in the competition is valid for at least 30 calendar days from the date of its submission.
\nThe received application is assessed according to its compliance with the technical task. An application that does not meet the conditions mentioned in paragraph 2 will be rejected as inconsistent with the requirements specified in the application in the price inquiry (competition) procedure.
\nThe winner will be considered and the purchase contract will be concluded between the procuring organization and the supplier who submitted the lowest price and which meets the requirements of the procuring organization.<\/p>\n

The bidder has the right to submit a bid for one or several lots at the same time.<\/p>\n
