JSC “Sakrusenergo” invites you to participate in the price survey (competition) procedure

 

Purchase object: Orjachva 330 sq.m. “1.2 Gardabani” project (construction) consulting-supervisory service.

St. Tbilisi July 5, 2021

 

JSC “Sakrusenergo” subsequently the “purchaser” owns the funds for the purchase of the specified service. These funds will be used to secure the purchase agreement concluded as a result of this procedure. The buyer is responsible for implementing the mentioned procedure in accordance with the established procedure, is authorized to select invited persons, evaluate their applications and conclude a purchase agreement with him no later than 10 days after the winner is identified.

Based on the above, the buyer invites you to participate in the price inquiry (competition) procedure and please submit your application according to the following documents and forms:

a) Application for participation (form N2);

b) information on technical compliance (form N3);

c) information on prices and delivery schedule (form N4);

d) Payment will be made according to the stages of service provision, within 10 (ten) calendar days after signing the relevant acceptance-handover act.

e) After signing the contract, the supplier is obliged to provide an unconditional bank guarantee for the performance of the contract in the amount of 3.5% of the contract value within 10 banking days (the guarantee issued by the insurance company will not be accepted). The term of validity of which should be 90 (ninety) calendar days longer than the term of completion of the services stipulated in the contract.

 

The applicant must meet the specified criteria, must submit the requested information and its supporting documentation:

 

a notice issued by the relevant authority that the applicant company is not being liquidated or reorganized;
a certificate issued by the relevant authorized body, on the absence of public legal restrictions on the applicant’s property;
Notice from the relevant authorized body about the absence of debt to the budget;
Requirements related to licensing, accreditation, standards, quality compliance, etc. About the documents:

f) The person wishing to participate in the procurement must be accredited by the “Unit National Accreditation Body – Accreditation Center” and must meet the conditions of the technical assignment of the procurement object;

g) The bidder must present the accreditation certificate (type A inspection body) issued by LSI “Unified National Accreditation Body – Accreditation Center” with the relevant field (electrical networks and systems 1000V and above) whose validity period should exceed the period of providing advisory and supervisory services.

The application should be submitted in a closed envelope to the following address: St. Tbilisi, Mark Bronstein st. N1, procurement service of JSC GES “Sakrusenergo”.
The application deadline is 16:00 on July 12, 2021. The application submitted after the expiry of the mentioned term will not be considered.
Applications will be evaluated in 2021. After July 12, at the following address: St. Mark Bronstein’s N1, JSC Sakrusenergo, Tbilisi.
The application must be submitted in the Georgian language to the address specified in point 3. A certified translation in Georgian must be attached to the application submitted by the foreign organization.
Prices must be offered in national currency (a proposal submitted in another currency will not be considered to include all costs to be paid by the bidder, including VAT
Delivery must be made in accordance with the information provided on prices and delivery schedules.
The application must be valid for at least 30 calendar days from the date of its submission.
The received application is evaluated according to “technical compliance (Appendix N3), prices, payment terms and delivery terms (Appendix N4)”. The application that does not respond to the conditions mentioned in point 2, the technical assignment and the financial parameter determined for the purchase will be rejected as inconsistent with the requirements developed for the price inquiry (competition) procedure.

11 will be considered as the winner and the procurement contract will be concluded between the procuring organization and the bidder who submitted the lowest price and which meets the requirements of the procuring organization.

 

The cost of the service shall include all costs of the supplier including VAT.
