JSC “Sakrusenergo” invites you to participate in the price survey (competition) procedure

Object of purchase: 500 sq.m. in the anchor yard No. 47-No. 61 of “Kartli-1” for replacement of damaged wires and dirty insulators

 

Tbilisi, May 31, 2018.

 

JSC “Sakrusenergo” subsequently “purchaser” owns the funds for the purchase of the specified work. These funds will be used to ensure the performance of the purchase agreement concluded as a result of this procedure. In order to select the bidders, the buyer is authorized to evaluate their applications and conclude a purchase agreement with the winner no later than 10 days after the winner is identified.
Based on the above, the buyer invites you to participate in the price inquiry (competition) procedure and please submit your application according to the following documents and attached forms:

a) Application for participation, form N2 (attached);

b) Information on technical compliance, form N3 (attached);

c) Information on prices and delivery schedule, form N4 (attached);

Advance payment is allowed. In case of an advance request, the supplier is obliged to present a bank guarantee issued by a licensed bank in Georgia (a guarantee issued by an insurance company is not accepted) for the corresponding amount of the requested advance, the validity period of which must be 90 (ninety) calendar days longer than the term of the work.

After signing the contract, the supplier is obliged to provide a guarantee of the performance of the contract issued by a licensed bank in Georgia in the amount of 3.5% of the value (the guarantee issued by the insurance company is not accepted) within 5 banking days. whose term of validity should be 90 (ninety) calendar days longer than the term of performance of work.

The applicant must meet the specified criteria, must submit the requested information and its supporting documentation:

a certificate issued by the relevant authority that the applicant’s property has not been seized;
a notice issued by the relevant authority that the applicant company is not being liquidated or reorganized;
Documentation confirming the experience of construction and installation works of 500 kV electric power plants (as a contractor or sub-contractor), agreements and acts of acceptance and handover;
information of the personnel employed at the works;
about qualifications, including the relevant qualification group for electrical safety;
Information about the right to dispose of machines and mechanisms necessary for the performance of works (specified in the technical order).
Taking into account the above, the contractor must submit a work production schedule for days – indicating the number of working crews, personnel (indicating the qualification group), necessary machinery and tools;
The bidder should submit a proposal for the performance of the works as a result of the on-site visit and inspection, taking into account the scope and scale of the works;
Only those proposals that respond to the conditions mentioned in point 2, correspond to the technical task and the monetary parameter intended for the purchase will be subject to evaluation.
The application should be submitted to the following address: St. Mark Bronstein N1, Chancellery of JSC “Sakrusenergo”, Tbilisi.
The application deadline is 2018. June 11 at 18:00. The application submitted after the expiry of the mentioned term will not be considered.
Applications will be evaluated in 2018. on June 11 at the following address: St. Mark Bronstein’s N1, JSC Sakrusenergo, Tbilisi.
The application must be submitted in the Georgian language to the address specified in point 5, in a sealed envelope, otherwise the proposal will not be considered.
Prices must be offered in national currency (bids submitted in other currencies will not be considered);
The application is valid for at least 30 calendar days from the date of its submission.
An application that does not meet the conditions mentioned in paragraph 2 of the application will be rejected as inconsistent with the requirements specified in the price inquiry (competition) procedure.
The winner will be considered and the purchase contract will be concluded between the procuring organization and the supplier that meets the requirements of the procuring organization and that submitted the lowest price.
