JSC “Sakrusenergo” invites you to participate in the price survey (competition) procedure
(Purchase object: tires of various sizes and their installation. Delivery should be carried out in 2023)
Tbilisi, January 13, 2023
JSC “Sakrusenergo” subsequently “purchaser” owns the funds for the purchase of the indicated goods. These funds will be used to secure a purchase agreement resulting from this procedure. The buyer is responsible for the implementation of the mentioned procedure in accordance with the established procedure, is authorized to select the invited persons, evaluate their applications and conclude a purchase agreement with him no later than 10 days after the winner is identified.
Based on the above, the buyer invites you to participate in the price inquiry (competition) procedure and please submit your application according to the following documents and forms:
a) application for participation (form N2);
b) information about the manufacturer and cost of goods (form N3);
c) information on compliance and delivery schedule (form N4);
d) The payment will be made within 10 calendar days after the delivery of the goods and the signing of the corresponding act of acceptance.
The application should be submitted to the following address:
St. Mark Bronstein’s N1, Procurement Department of JSC “Sakrusenergo”, Tbilisi.
The application deadline is January 23, 2023 at 4:00 p.m.
Applications submitted after the mentioned deadline will not be considered.
Applications will be evaluated in 2023. on January 23 at the following address: St. Mark Bronstein’s N1, Procurement Department of JSC “Sakrusenergo”, Tbilisi.
The application must be submitted in the Georgian language, in a sealed envelope, to the address specified in point 3.
Prices must be offered in national currency (offers submitted in other currencies will not be considered);
Delivery is made in accordance with the information provided about prices and delivery schedules.
The application is valid for at least 30 calendar days from the date of its submission.
The received application is assessed according to the “Technical Compliance” and “Price and Delivery Schedule” forms. An application that does not meet the conditions mentioned in point 2 will be rejected as inconsistent with the requirements specified in the invitation sent to the participant in the price survey (competition) procedure.
11. The winner will be considered and the purchase contract will be concluded between the procuring organization and the supplier who submitted the lowest price and which meets the requirements of the procuring organization.
Bidders may submit their offer only for light and/or heavy equipment tires by individual lots.
